It's The Little Things

Sometimes it's as easy as just parking a little farther away and walking into the store, or if it's only one flight of stairs, fore go the elevator! These little things can burn an extra 1,000 cals over time. Hmm, 5,000 calories to burn a pound of fat I think; not too bad for little effort. The dog could use a walk, you could too! Two birds, one stone; ah, it couldn't be that easy could it? Stop eating after a certain time, say, 7pm. No matter what. No snacking, You'd be amazed at how much all the little thing add up over time. The beauty is that these things become habit. To your success! Till next time, Mountainurse
